wow, i got this finished pretty quickly! i guess the fact that i started this project with the intention of givign myself somethign to draw during school hours without piling more extra work to color digitally (like my other works) on myself. but i end up spending all my time ading the digital touches to this project now. oh, well. at least i don't have extra stuff building up and am getting it done.

panel1:valerie's hand came out real well. and i got a new special pencil to dot he shading so you can sort of actually see it now.
panel2: danny's expression looks good, but although i liked the idea at first, it occurs to me now that the design f his straitjacket is gonna be a pain in the butt...
panel3: i hate valerie's civilan outfit. i didn't have the time to really make her a good one, so i just edited her origanal one a bit. i plan to have her come back next time wearing somethign completly different.
panel4: i had a wierdly hard time with danny's face and hair this time...
panel5: valerie was goig to be pointing at danny, but it looked odd, so i made it so that she's brushing non-existent dust off her shoulder

panel1: his hair came out well, but his expression was wierdl tough to draw. oh yeah, and danny's gonna be prone to total 360's mood-wise, so be ready to switch between goffy and angsty at any given moment.
panel2: no comment
panel3: i love danny's hair here (again) but i should have put more effort into drawign valerie.
panel4: his expression here is the best one of both pages.
panel5:the lighting in this picture was A PAIN IN THE BUTT! and it still looks a little off...
so, this is basically an example of how danny occasionaly shows a very childish, cheerful side, because i imagine he'd act a bit immature no matter what age he was. but this is a primarily angsty story.
i mean, what do you expect? he's in a straitjacket!
