Asylum pages 172-176 ch9

Okay, I totally know I said I'd post this on the 13th, and it's now the 14th. But DUDE, I'M GIVING YOU FIVE FREAKIN' PAGES AT ONCE HERE!!! I think that makes up for the lateness (besides, I'm only 1 hour late posting this.)

panel1: Once again, the belts made it so I had the worst time in the world trying to draw his legs. Evil things, I guess they don't like me.
panel2: It is really quite fun to draw a snarling dragon from the side ^^
panel3: Look! It's a... a... a thingy! Yeh, it's a thingy!!!
panel4: I think I probably coulda made the expression on Danny's face more pronounced, but whatever. It still looks ok.
panel5: Teh Scale-Thingy is apparently NOT a scale thingy. But it does, however, talk in a font that is unfamiliar looking...

panel3: 'Onic' is pronounced 'Aw-nik'. And it seems that 'Onic' is a name Danny recognises... But is that good or bad?...
panel4: It's ALIIIIVVE!!!! and... GROWING!!!!!
panel5: Aragon looks really stupid here. Bummer.

panel1: Introducing... Onic! One of the few OCs of the comic and one of my favorite creations. Onic was inspired by something very particular, and the first person who can tell me all of the following will recieve pencil drawing of anything they want. seriously. tell me:
-What inspired Onic
-What time period it's from
-Why it looks the way it does (i.e. what's the point of the mask, gloves, stick/scythe thing, ect.)
-Tell me where I got Onic's name from.
Go learn people!!!

panel2: Hmm, is Aragon actually making excuses for how he acted? How strange...
panel3: Recognise the look on Danny's face? We haven't seen it in a while, but it means he's about get pushed into hysteria again...

panel5: Onic's hair is orangey-red, by the way. Just figured I'd mention that since the comic is B&W (mostly)

panel2: I really, really love how this turned out. It may sound strange, but I feel my ability to draw cracks in things like stone is really improving.
panel3: I really like how Aragon looks- you know what? I actually am just pretty happy with this whole page.
panel4: Drawing Aragon transforming is so, so much fun.
panel5: i totally didn't have a reference when I drew this, so please forgive me if I got some detail of Aragon wrong. I know I got the shoes wrong, but... yeh...

panel2: Val is an opportunist in battle (just like Eze, come to think of it XD)
panel3: I actually think this panel has one of my better drawings of Val in her suit yayz.
panel4: Again, the profile got wiered out...
panel5: Notice that since Danny saved her, Val's been acting a bit different towards him...
panel6: Why does Danny want Val to not attack? How does he know Onic? What is the so called plan between Aragon and Onic? why am I asking all these questions you know I won't answer right now? the world may never know... actually, they will, but it doesn't matter right now.

yeh, I'm sleepy and stressing over how much freakin' homework I have for AP history (I'd like that class if it weren't already providing mountains of work for home and not much for school) so please excuse how wierd my comments might have been today... yeh.
I'm gonna warn everyone ahead of time, the next few pages will probably have a 'Mature' warning sign on them! There's not going to be extreme violence or nudity or anything, but there is something rather... gruesome. Think CSI victim type thing...
Just wanted to give you a heads up.
